Ownership
The CanAnybody Web Site (the “Site”) is comprised of various Web pages owned and operated by CanAnybody Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“CanAnybody”).
General
You may access or use the Site or download or upload material from/to the Site or acquire or provide services or goods through the Site or in connection therewith (hereinafter called: “Use the Site”), only if you accept the Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms and Conditions”) contained herein. By Using the Site in any way, you are expressing your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not and do not Use the Site in any way whatsoever.
Limited License
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, CanAnybody grants you a non-exclusive and limited license, revocable at any time by CanAnybody, to Use the Site.
You may Use the Site only for your personal use and as set out in the Site.
CanAnybody is and remains the sole owner of all right and title in and to the Site, and any material on or related to the Site or its operation, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, trademarks, designs, whether or not registered or registrable (“Rights”).
No right or title in or to the Rights or any part thereof is granted hereunder in any way, other than the strictly limited, revocable license as set out herein explicitly and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Without limiting any of the above, it is clarified that CanAnybody may at its discretion and for any reason, or without any reason, remove any content from the Site.
The Site and all data, text, images, video, audio or any other material therein or related thereto (“Data”) is copyrighted and protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. By Using the Site, you agree to comply with all copyright and other laws. Without limiting the above or anything else in these Terms and Conditions or on the Site, you agree not to make any use whatsoever of the Data other than as contemplated on the Site for the purposes of providing or acquiring services or goods by you, and not to copy and to prevent any copying thereof.
Prohibited Activities
By Using the Site, you agree to do so in accordance with all terms and conditions herein and on the Site, and not to do or attempt or plan to do any of the following, in any way: (a) interrupt, interfere, sabotage or damage the operation or Use of the Site; (b) violate any laws and/or third party rights in connection with the Site or Use of the Site; (c) post false, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content; (d) manipulate the Site’s fee structure and/or billing process; (e) distribute or post spam, unsolicited electronic communications, pyramid schemes, and/or any unlawful content; (f) distribute viruses that may harm the Site or the Site’s users; (g) copy, modify or distribute rights or content from the Site or CanAnybody’s intellectual property or proprietary materials; (h) Use the Site if you are not legally permitted to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using the Site; (i) fail to deliver or accept any services or goods which you undertook to provide or acquire; (j) fail to make payment for services or goods purchased by you; (k) manipulate the price of any service or goods; (l) interfere with any other user’s listings; (m) transfer any account on the Site to another party without CanAnybody ‘s consent; (n) collect information about Users, including without limitation e-mail addresses, without consent; (o) any act which is not in accordance with the normal, intended Use of the Site, or which might in any way harm the Site or its Users.
Password
If you are issued a user name and/or password and/or other identification (“Password”) to access any portion of the Site, such right of access is personal to you and you may not permit any use of the Password by any third party. You shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Password.
Disclaimer
CanAnybody DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION DISPLAYED OR DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE SITE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY RELIANCE ON ANY SUCH DATA OR INFORMATION SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
THE SITE AND THE INFORMATION AND DATA THEREON, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
CanAnybody ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DOWNLOADING ANY DATA FROM THE SITE.
CanAnybody MAY MAKE ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SITE, THE DATA, PROGRAMS, SERVICES OR PRICES, AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
CanAnybody RESERVES THE RIGHT, BUT IS NOT OBLIGATED, TO REPAIR ANY ERRORS IN ANY PORTION OF THE SITE.
Changes of Terms of Use
CanAnybody may at its sole discretion modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms and Conditions, at any time. You should check the Terms and Conditions on the Site frequently. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
CanAnybody may at its sole discretion terminate, alter or suspend any portion of the Site, at any time. CanAnybody may also at its sole discretion impose limits on certain services offered on the Site, or restrict, terminate or suspend your access to the Site without notice or liability.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL CanAnybody BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS AND LOST MEMORY OR PROGRAMS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THIS SITE, OR THE DATA OR INFORMATION OR SERVICES CONTAINED IN THE SITE OR IN ANY SUCH LINKS.
Third-Party Sites
As a convenience to its users, CanAnybody may provide, on the Site, links to Websites operated by other entities. CanAnybody does not control and is not responsible for any of these Websites or their content. Using any linked Website is at the User’s own risk. CanAnybody makes no warranty or representation regarding any linked Websites or the information contained thereon.
Hold Harmless
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify CanAnybody and its employees, officers and representatives, from and against any liability arising from or in any way related to Use of the Site or violation by you of these Terms and Conditions, any law and/or any third party rights.
Fees for Services
CanAnybody does not presently charge for the Use of the Site. CanAnybody reserves the right to change this policy at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. The table of fees for Use or services, if any, will be posted on the Site and/or will be part of these Terms and Conditions and/or will otherwise be notified to Users and the public.
Content
Services and goods may not be listed on CanAnybody if the same would be unlawful under any applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, services and goods may not be listed if they relate to sexual relations, erotica, child labor, drug use, pornography, gambling or any other matter which could offend public morals, even if the same is not unlawful. CanAnybody may at its discretion remove any such services or goods from the Site, without notice.
KNOW YOUR PROVIDER/CUSTOMER
CanAnybody DOES NOT INVESTIGATE ANY PROVIDERS OR PURCHASERS OF SERVICES AND GOODS OR ANY PERSON USING THE SITE. USERS OF THE SITE ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO INVESTIGATE THOROUGHLY ANY PERSON LISTED ON THE SITE WITH WHOM THEY WISH TO TRANSACT IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. CanAnybody HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DATA ON THE SITE OR FOR THE ACTIONS OR INACTIONS OF ANY USER OR PERSON LISTED ON THE SITE OR OF ANY PERSON PROVIDING OR ACQUIRING SERVICES OR GOODS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE.
Release
You release CanAnybody and any person affiliated in any way with CanAnybody from any claims, demands or damages of any type in connection with your Use of the Site. This release applies even to claims that you do not and cannot foresee.
Abuse; Automated Access
Without limiting other steps or remedies, CanAnybody may at its sole discretion limit, suspend or terminate accounts, prohibit access to the Site and/or its content, services and tools, remove or delay content, and take technical and legal steps to keep particular users off the Site if CanAnybody believes that such users are violating or may violate these Terms and Conditions or that they are creating or may create operational, legal or other problems, or legal liability, or that they are infringing or may infringe the intellectual property rights of CanAnybody or of third parties, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions (for example, and without limitation, off-Site transactions to circumvent the Site requirements, feedback manipulation, circumventing temporary or permanent suspensions) or for any other reason CanAnybody in its discretion deems appropriate.
We also reserve the right to close accounts that have been inactive for a period to be determined by us from time to time.

CanAnybody makes efforts to ensure that Data on the Site does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please notify CanAnybody (info@cananybody.com).
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose. You will not (a) take any action that imposes or may impose (in CanAnybody’s sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (b) bypass or attempt to bypass exclusion or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site.
Taxes; Regulation
Each User of the Site is responsible for his/her/its tax liabilities and compliance with all other legal Regulations. CanAnybody does not provide any legal or consulting services whatsoever. The inclusion of content supplied by Users in the Site does not constitute a representation that the same is in compliance with relevant law or regulation.
Privacy
While CanAnybody makes efforts to maintain the privacy of personal information supplied to it, CanAnybody bears no responsibility for the disclosure of the same to any person in any manner.
CanAnybody may make use of any information or material provided to it in connection with the Site, or information or material which is included in the Site for all such purposes as it in its discretion deems appropriate, including making commercial use of the same, subject to relevant legal regulation.
Disputes; Claims
If you have a claim against a provider/purchaser of services or goods connected with the Site, you agree that in the first instance you will try to settle such claim by negotiation, mediation or arbitration in accordance with local legal requirements and practice. CanAnybody may intervene in all such procedures as a party, non party or amicus (friend of the tribunal).
Any claims against CanAnybody will be subject to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of such Arbitration shall be binding. See www.adr.org.
Miscellaneous
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, then that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Terms and Conditions. The remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected by such finding of unenforceability unless enforcing such remainder or part thereof will not be in the interests of justice and fair play in light of the unenforceability of another provision.
